Valance and Drapery Sale & How to Use a Coupon

No company is perfect, but as long as a business listens to its customers, it can create a pleasant and satisfactory shopping experience.

As some of you may know, recently we had a big sale on custom valances and custom draperies. We are very pleased to say that it was a success and we are also thankful to those who chose to take advantage of our services and chose us instead this time around.

Unfortunately, it seems that the coupon codes have worked for many, but not all. Thanks to our customers who have communicated this problem to us, we were able to fix the problem and resume business as usual. To those who have requested an adjustment, we’d like to say that all the partial refunds have been granted and should safely be deposited back to you soon. If you have made a purchase from category 335 (custom valances) or category 301 (custom draperies) between July 14th and 27th and have attempted to use the $20 off coupon code, drop us an email and we should get back to you within the same or next business day with a partial refund confirmation.

We’d like to thank all customers who brought this small problem to our attention.

However, do keep in mind that sometimes a coupon code must be properly used in order to receive a discount. Here are the three most commonly made mistakes:

  • Customer is not logged in - you must be logged into your account while you’re in your shopping cart in order for our website to apply the coupon code.
  • Coupon code is applied to the wrong category - usually our coupon codes are explained clearly and we try to tell our customers to which category each coupon code can be applied. Also keep in mind that our discounts cannot be applied to the “semi-custom” category as this category features already discounted prices on an everyday basis.
  • Coupon codes are case-sensitive - be careful when typing them. Coupon codes must be typed in exactly as they are advertised.
