Unfortunately, it seems that the coupon codes have worked for many, but not all. Thanks to our customers who have communicated this problem to us, we were able to fix the problem and resume business as usual. To those who have requested an adjustment, we’d like to say that all the partial refunds have been granted and should safely be deposited back to you soon. If you have made a purchase from category 335 (custom valances) or category 301 (custom draperies) between December 14th and 27th and have attempted to use the $20 off coupon code, drop us an email and we should get back to you within the same or next business day with a partial refund confirmation.
